About
Twelve years of shipping things that matter
I’ve spent 12+ years building products across banking, big tech, pharmaceuticals and UK Government — taking things from 0→1, turning around legacy platforms, and leading the organisational change that makes either stick. I care about outcomes, not outputs.
Most of that time has been spent close to AI: quantifying brain scans at GE Healthcare, building One Login’s fraud engine for the Cabinet Office, and taking an EdTech AI product through product-market fit at hedgehog lab. I like running multidisciplinary teams and translating between the backlog and the boardroom.
Outside work I build my own apps (Scroll Books is live on both stores) and write about what I learn doing it. I’m back in Newcastle after five months travelling Australia and New Zealand, and I’m available immediately for my next role.
